Windows 10: Lock out off account, security opt out possibility

This is not a problem exclusive to Microsoft. While I understand the importance of secure passwords, two step verification, account lockouts and, other security measures. I ,however, would like the ability to opt out of these security measures when I see fit, such as when I have an account that does not contain information that I find sensitive, or do not have payment methods associated with. I find the amount of security I am forced into, to be intrusive. I know when any given account requires extra security and would like be able to make that decision myself.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
