    Hello everyone, I would like to let you know a suggestion on the appearence of the lock screen. If you press ctrl+alt+supr you will see a screen with many options, including one to lock screen and other to open the task manager. If you press the fist one, you will only see your login credentials and, maybe, a space to fill with your password. But, in the corner of both of these screens, you can find options to turn off or restart the computer, to check your language options, about your connection and accesibility. The problem is that those four buttons, when pressed, look awfuly different, and

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.

    I would suggest you to follow the below steps to try resolving the issue.

    Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

    • Press Windows + I and select personalization.
    • Select Lock screen.

    • Select the Screen Timeout setting.
    • Select the time of timeout you need and check.

    Hi Kirby,

    Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.

    I would suggest you to set the default pictures as the Lock Screen picture from the PC and check if it works or not.

    Follow the steps below:

    • In start type "settings" and press enter.
    • Select Personalize
    • From the left click on "Lock screen"
    • Select the default picture and conform by preview.

    You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen
