Windows 10: lock screen clock colors

Discus and support lock screen clock colors in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; the hospital change the background for the lock screen on our Windows 10 machines and it is white so is there a way I can change the clock that is...     the hospital change the background for the lock screen on our Windows 10 machines and it is white so is there a way I can change the clock that is displayed on the lock screen so it is not bleached out.

    Can I change the color of the lock screen clock from white to any other color?

    Is there a way to change the default white clock and date color to any other color?

    White is good, but I am often using bright lock screen pictures and white for date and time does not work that well.

    Thank you for the prompt response.

    To view clock on the secondary screen, follow these steps:

    • Right-click the taskbar and uncheck Lock all taskbars.
    • Switch the taskbars by dragging the primary taskbar to the secondary taskbar.
    • Right-click the taskbar again and check Lock all
      taskbars.

    You can still access Cortana by clicking the Cortana icon or Start.

    I use a 24 hour clock.

    In my task bar, the time is displayed in 24 hour clock mode.

    But in the lock screen, it is displayed in 12 hour mode.

    How do I change the lock screen time to be displayed in 24 hour clock mode?
