    Lock Screen doesnt want to apply nor settings


    Hello! I hope that you are having a wonderful day! I have been searching for an answer to my problem but still no luck. Ive tried changing GPO settings Registry changes and yet nothing has worked! Please help!Thanks in advance!EDIT: Im using windows 10!

    Hello Priyatosh, and welcome to Ten Forums. Lock Screen doesnt want to apply nor settings :)

    Are you joined to a domain? If so, you'll need to talk to the domain administrator since it would be a policy they set.

    If not, then you might see if using step 2 in OPTION ONE of the tutorial below to enable changing the lock screen background may help. It's the same setting in Windows 10.

    We appreciate your response and the screenshots you provided! Since there's nothing wrong with the power options, we suggest that you check the screen saver. The screen saver might have been set to "Blank" with a timer of 1 minute. If it's set like that,
    simply change the "Blank" to "None". Here are the steps on how to change the screen saver settings:

    • Go to Settings, then click Personalization.
    • Look for Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.
    • In the Screen saver drop down, choose None.
    • Click Apply, then OK.
    Once done, you can also restart your computer to make sure that the settings has been saved. Observe your computer and see if the issue persists.
