    Lock Screen Image is Wrong.

This is not the first time I have experienced this cosmetic issue with windows 10. It's like it has a mind of its own and it is a malevolent mind indeed.

I select my desired image in the settings screen for the lock screen. The desired image shows there, but not in the lock screen itself. In fact, the image that is displayed is not even one that is available in the settings app!

I know it's trivial, but windows 10 sure knows how to torture its users with a death by a 1000 paper cuts. You know what I mean.

This started yesterday after I installed version 2004 over 1909 which was cleanly installed in March. This is a secondary instance of windows 10 and I really have done nothing with it to break it since the clean install of 1909, except to keep the updates current.

I really wish you'd watch your programmers more aggressively. They've really screwed windows 10 up badly. I can hear them giggling in one of your back rooms.

Any ideas for fixing this lock screen image problem?

    :)

    Lock vs Login screen screenshot

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen
