Windows 10: Lock Screen Keeps On Showing The Same Picture

I am using Windows 10 Home, 64-bit.The lock screen keeps on showing the same picture every time that I boot up. All of my friends' computers display a new picture every time that they boot up.Settings -> Personalization -> Lock Screen -> change to Picture or Slideshow and then reboot -> change back to Windows Spotlight. Does not resolve the issue.What do I need to do in order to change things?

Lock Screen keeps changing

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
   
2. Click on Personalization.
   
3. Click on Lock screen.
   
4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
   Picture.
   
5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.

Lock screen problem in Win 10

Hi Graham,

Changing some settings on your computer may help resolve. Follow the steps below to show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen:

• Open Settings.
  
• Click Personalization, then Lock screen.
  
• Turn ON Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen switch.
  
• Lock your computer to test.

Lock Screen does not show any picture

I suggest you to perform the below steps and check if it helps:

• Type Settings in the Search box from the desktop and click on
  Settings.
• Click on Personalization.
• In Personalization windows, under Background,
  choose Picture.
• Under Choose your picture, click on Browse, select the picture you want to add and
  Choose picture.
• Now try to see if you are able to see Lock screen image/picture.
