Windows 10: Lock screen photo changed size with 2nd monitor

I recently purchased a 2nd monitor and now whenever i turn on my PC, the photo I chose for my lock screen has enlarged so now only a small part of one of the upper corners of the original images is shown.Any help would be appreciated.

To change the
lock screen photo, follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left side of the screen, click on
  Lock screen.
  
• 
  In the
  Background, change it to
  Picture.

Change the size of the photo displayed on the lock screen

Since we installed Windows 10 on our desktop the lock screen appears and the photo is gigantic. How do I remove the lock screen or can the size of the photo on the lock screen be made smaller?
