Windows 10: Lock screen setting will not save after restarting of laptop

I selected window spotlight for my lock screen as a background picture but every time I restart my laptop, the option in the lock screen setting will revert back to picture instead of window spotlight. Is there a way to keep the setting even after I restart my laptop?

We appreciate your response and the screenshots you provided! Since there's nothing wrong with the power options, we suggest that you check the screen saver. The screen saver might have been set to "Blank" with a timer of 1 minute. If it's set like that,
simply change the "Blank" to "None". Here are the steps on how to change the screen saver settings:

• Go to Settings, then click Personalization.
• Look for Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.
• In the Screen saver drop down, choose None.
• Click Apply, then OK.

Once done, you can also restart your computer to make sure that the settings has been saved. Observe your computer and see if the issue persists.

Changing lock screen photos

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Personalization.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Lock screen.
• In the right pane, select Pictures from the drop down list under
  Background.
• Select the picture from the list or click on Browse to select your saved images and set as lock screen image.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
