Windows 10: lock screen slideshow won't work in windows 11

everytime i try to set a folder for the slideshow it just says 'the 'folder name' folder isn't supported because of the location. please choose another folder' i've tried moving the folder several different places and it says the same thing everytime, it also doesn't do this if i try to set the slideshow for my desktop. is there a way to fix this so i can have the slideshow for my lockscreen?

slideshow on lock screen not working

I have set up a slideshow on the lock screen on windows 11 and assigned a folder of photos to it but when I go to the lock screen to check if it is working or not. The slideshow is not working and the photo which shows on the screen is from the picture option on the lock screen. I have tried many ways but the slideshow is not working can someone help me....
