Windows 10: Lock Screen Stuck, Font Different

I've tried the solutions offered in other threads I've found about related issues, but as of yet they haven't worked.Basic problem: I cannot login to my PC, a separate device from the one I am currently using. I have never intentionally changed the Windows fonts on my PC.----More details: When I boot the PC in question, the Windows "Please Wait" screen uses a caligraphy-style font that I cannot identify at this time. The Lock screen uses the same font, and the colon in the clock instead appears as a tall box, presumably an "invalid character". When I press a button to attempt to access the Log

Step 2b is labeled as Change the Login Screen Image, but the steps show you how to change the Lock Screen image. Step 2a is irrelevant. It only tells you how to change the desktop background.

What I want to do:
Set Spotlight as the LOCK Screen Image(s) - Done
Set the Win 10 Hero Image as the SIGN IN Screen Image - This is the one that shows after you click on the lock screen and you are able to type your password. If I uncheck "Show Lock Screen Image on Sign In Screen", it shows a solid blue background behind my Password box and user image. This is what I want to change to the Hero Image....

 

Lock screen image stuck

I have one PC stuck with the mountains lock screen image and another one with a nicer but still stuck image with the "thanks for sending us feedback" caption, usually there's do you like yes or not.

Is it a problem on MS end this time? I tried the reset steps so many times, usually after 10-15 minutes the lock screen picks up when there's the mountain one for any reason, but not this time.

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
