  1. Lock Screen time wrong unable to log in as Family time is up

Bit of a good one here, Daughters Surface is 2 days out ie is showing Saturday 20 March 1900 when its Monday 22 March 1750

We are unable to log on, Though the box to request more family time is there the request to extend doesn't get sent.

If removed family settings on my PC, No change.

Wonder if I need to wait until the Surface catches up

    Any ideas

    :)

  2. Unable to log in to child account with screen time

I am having issues with setting my daughter's screen time. No matter what I select for the screen time (even completely disabling it) her account shows this error she tries to log in to her laptop:

"This device is locked because of your family settings for screen time. You can use it again at 7:00 AM on 5/29/2018, or ask an adult for more time today."

The buttons that show up are

    • "Switch users or turn off PC" which seems to work.
    • "My parent is here" which asks for admin permissions before showing "An error has occurred"
    • "Send a request" which shows the error "Something went wrong"

MS Family Screen Time - Locked Screen

On some days, MS Family reports more than 9 hours of screen time on my child’s account when I’m confident it should be far less. Does MS Family keep the clock running even when the screen is locked? If so, I suggest you pause the clock when the screen
    is locked.
