Windows 10: Lock screen win 10, window spotlight

I have reinatalled window 10 on my laptop several times version 20H2, but this time, the spotlight feature has stopped. I tried lots of method to fix it which can find on the internet, but all of them were ineffective. What should i do?? Please help.

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.
