Windows 10: Locked in Window 10 Blue Screen Repair Mode Unable to Access Local Account

Hello,


I am unable to log into my computer due to a Windows 10 software issue. Windows 10 in unable to perform an auto repair, so I attempted several advanced trouble-shooting options. I have the bitlocker code to unlock, but I can not recall my local account password. I remember my pin, and I also have facial recognition. Is there any way I can access my local account with my pin or facial recognition? Is there any way to recover my local password while I am locked into this blue Windows 10 repair mode? Is there anyway to run a Windows repair and add a new administrator account, make it part of the domain, and then access my original account?

Windows 10 stuck at lock screen, unable to enter password

• Are you trying to log-in using Microsoft account or local account?
• Are you trying to enter pin or password?

Assuming that this issue might be because of keyboard, I suggest you to use on-screen keyboard from the lock screen and check if it helps.

Steps: From the lock screen, click on Ease of access and click on On-screen keyboard.
