Windows 10: Locked Lenovo have recovery key ID but not the recovery key as forgot admin password

How do i find the recovery key if i only have the recovery ID. I don't have the admin password for my daughters lenovo. Can anybody help?

Locked out of Lenovo Ideapad need recovery key

I am locked out of Lenovo Ideapad and do not know recovery key. Key ID is 18162A7C if that is helpful

 

Bitlocker recovery Key

I have been locked out of my system.

system is showing a Recovery Key ID which is not matching when I login online to my active directory (as its a office laptop). There are many recovery id listed in my account but it does not match with ID showing in my laptop.

I need to find a matching Recovery password with reference to this recovery Key ID.

Reason for getting locked out: System was not accepting the correct windows password. I shut down and then started. But it did not work and after multiple trial it get locked out.
I was facing such issue from last 3 months, may be after a forced Bit locker activation. If I am away for a break then after system gets auto lock and after giving correct password it doesn't work.

 

My Bitlocker Recovery Key ID has changed! How can I get a new Recovery Key?

I forgot to mention, this is a company Windows installation and our admin cannot find this Key ID string in our company registed account! The registery of our company still shows the
Key ID 1 and not
Key ID 2!That is why I asked how I (our admin) can produce a Recovery Key. Is there a page or something that they can login and enter the Key ID to get the Recovery Key related to that ID? if so, could you please point me to the correct place.

They suggest to install a new Windows (that is why I mentioned I am trying to prevent a fresh installation).
