Windows 10: Locked Out and cant reset

I am at my wits end.


I am currently unable to access my work laptop. I recently installed a new mail master on my phone and accessed my account using this app. I then recieved an email saying my account was at risk. I proceeded to enter in the details of my emasil account (which I could still see using the forementioned app). I included name date of birth and multiple emails contacts and recent emails). I was then informed that the information was incorrect and I am locked out of the account and advised to make a new one.

I can accept this. My problem now is that my work laptop which is linked to the account will not log in and I cannot access my data without getting a bitlocker code which can only be sent to the account I am locked out of. I accepted that maybe i have to give up and reset my computer but I cannot do that either. I have tried every way to do a factory reset and cannot.


Can anyone help me with this please. I have a back up for the majority of the content but would love to either get the data completely or at least reset the computer. I have tried WinPE and that did not work as I need the bitlocker code!

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Lock screen issue

I suggest you to follow these steps:

• 
  Go to Settings>>Personalization>>Lock Screen.
  
• 
  In the right panel, select Picture instead of Windows Spotlight.
