Windows 10: Locked out from Surface Bitlocker active and microsoft account not working

Hey There,I have werid problem going on.I was using my surface in an Active directory of my company. Then I didnt use it for a while. In the meantime the server got replaced.So now that i wanted to use my surface again ich relize that bitlocker got actived without my knowledge. In my Microsoft account is the surface as registered, but no bitlocker recovery key has been uploaded.As a nice addon to this problem, the surface tells me that my Microsoft Login does not work. I changed the password, but that didnt help.It logs in to my Wifi, so it has internet access.Everytime I try any recovery meth

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

Surface Bricked and can't recover because bitlocker key now showing up in my account.

I recently started using my personal Surface for work while my work laptop is being repaired. This morning windows crashed on the Surface and I cannot repair it or even do a clean install because the drive
is locked with bitlocker.

When I log into my personal MSFT account (which is the account I log into Windows with on the surface) i see a list of bitlocker keys for my other devices but not my surface. I tried
the same URL with my office365 work account and it does not even provide a link of bitlocker devices. I checked with my work help desk and they confirmed that they don't have a bitlocker key for my device assigned to my work account either.

I can't seem to figure out which account the bitlocker key is saved to and my surface is bricked until then. How can I recover my device?
