Windows 10: Locked Out New Laptop

Purchased new Lenovo Yoga laptop. Set laptop up. Installed outlook with 2 email addresses, everything working fine. Tried to access Microsoft store and laptop hanging. Then updated through Windows update. Everything working again. Then updated with Lenovo Vantage. Now PIN is not working, neither is face ID or fingerprint. When trying to set up PIN, sends message to my email to send a code same email as my microsoft account. No email ever arrives. Have searched Junk mail, have logged on to cloud email, but no sign of PIN. Have logged onto cloud email incognito, still no luck. Then reset compu
