Windows 10: Locked out of C: Drive and Computer

I have tried running all the normal items to get it into safe mode with networking and can’t get it to log in. So I’m stuck with the error that says the user profile service failed the sign in and user profile can’t be loaded. Was wondering if there was anyway to get all of the c drive back and back into those accounts?

Reformatting the c drive

• Why do you want to reformat your your C: drive?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
• Did you make any significant changes to your computer prior to the issue?

Random Auto-Locking of Computer Screen

Nobody suggested checking out Event Viewer?

When your computer randomly locks, search for, and open: Event Viewer

Under Windows Logs, Check out:
• Application
• Security, and
• System

See if you can find something that states anything that could be related to your computer locking. The newest events are listed at the top of each section, so finding an event log would be pretty easy to find. Hopefully we can find what is causing the computer to lock.
