    Locked out of computer and keyboard doesn't work


    I reset my computer because a few things weren't working, and because of that reset it downloaded all of the new updates. Last time I installed them my keyboard didn't work afterward so I was scared it would happen again and that's exactly what happened. The update recovery option wasn't there so I had to go the command prompt route, or whatever it's called. I selected to go back but when it asked for my password, the keyboard worked so I thought it was somehow fixed. I pressed to go back and it restarted my computer. I tried to log in with my finger print as usual but it wasn't working and sa

    keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
