Windows 10: Locked out of computer from bitlocker, not appearing on my account?

I recently got my computer serviced which tripped the bitlocker and due to some issues with my account, waited the 30 days to change my details to get in. When I got in, I found that my device was apparently not registered to my account. Pictured above.I know that it should be because I've accessed my computer via bitlocker before, and it was previously registered. I tried to contact the manufacturer but they have no idea other than to contact windows. I'm getting desperate here, so any solutions would be appreciated. I miss my laptop.

To enable BitLocker on your computer, you follow the steps below:

• Sign in to your Windows account with an administrator access.
• Press the Windows key.
• Type and enter BitLocker.
• Click Turn on BitLocker.
• If the system is asking to sing in to administrator access, please do so.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

Thank you for getting back to us.

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

Please follow the suggestions below and check if you are able to boot to your desktop.

• Places to look for your BitLocker key:
  • On a printout you saved. Look in places you keep important papers.
    
  • Saved on a USB flash drive. Plug the USB flash drive into your locked PC and follow the instructions. If you saved the key as a text file on the flash drive, use a different computer to read the text file.
  • In your Microsoft account. To get your recovery key, go to
    BitLocker Recovery Keys.

• Or ask someone for help:
  • Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
  • If your PC is connected to a domain (usually a work or school computer), ask a system administrator for your recovery key
