Windows 10: 'Locked out' of computer. Pin unavailable & local password doesn't match account password

So last night I was trying to disable some Microsoft background features bad idea @5am disabled too many.Login today and the pin is unavailable. Try and use that, wants to conect me with the store. NO go there.Reboot; Reset, Safe mode, Rollback, Repair are all locked behind a password. Fair enough, enter my current password doesn't work. Run through all the passwords I can think of for this account, none work. Get a new account password that works. Obviously doesn't change the local one but worth trying. Reinstalling windows leads me into a. "TO reinstall windows restart and select Recommend

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

It's not possible to set a PIN for any account without first setting a password for that account.

 

Local Account password changed to Online Account Password

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps on how to switch from Microsoft account to Local account:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Local account instead.
• Enter your Microsoft account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the Local account and click OK.
• Now, login to Local account.
