I have had the same laptop for 6 years and it has worked flawlessly. Infact it worked so well I forgot my password to the laptop. Today I went to sign in and it says something has happened to the pin, I dint know the password, and itnwont recognize my face. I have tried resetting my password on accounts.microsoft and trying to help since it shows my laptop under devices but I cant get into it. Pin is brokeFacial recognition isnt working Password lost. So I cant get into safemode or anything. Is there a way to help me?
