Windows 10: Locked out of laptop. Failed Pin Attempts

Since last night we can't use our laptop.It says too many failed attempts.I have waited hours it still doesn't work!!!!!How do I access it another way, my screen does not offer me another way.My other computer works.What am I supposed to do????How do I factory reset?

PIN failed too many attempts. Can’t add new pin

Got a Surface 7 for my wife. Added my account add tried to setup hello. I got to pin creation. And believe i did set one up. I forgot it and tried it when offline. But it didn’t work. Tried fixing it while back online but gave too many failed attempts
and that it was locked. For a few attempts it refused my sign in but after a couple resets it let me use my password and did not ask for a pin. Tried to setup a new one as per the instructions. I didn’t need to delete it, only add button is presented but
when i try add PIN it fails and shows the same error. I don’t know how to proceed.

In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

1. What is the error that you are getting after entering the PIN?
2. Is there any other administrator user account on the laptop?
3. Are you entering the correct PIN?

If you have signed in with your Microsoft Account, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in
How to recover your PIN and password from the lock screen and check if this helps.

If you are not able to recover your PIN or password, then the only way to login to your laptop is to do a
Custom Installation of Windows, in which you will lose all your applications; however, your user data like pictures, videos, documents, etc., will be saved in Windows.old
folder.

not able to sign-in to my windows 11 laptop. PIN sign-in option is disabled because of failed sing-in attempts or repeated shutdowns

1. I am not able to sign-in to my windows 11 laptop. (acer Nitro)
   
2. When I start my laptop, then I get "you have entered incorrect pin several times, To try again, enter A1B2C3",
   
3. after entering A1B2C3, I get screen to enter PIN,
   
4. but as soon as I enter my PIN, it leads to another screen saying
   
   "This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in options, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again."
   
5. Then I have kept the laptop powered on for 5-7 hours multiple times, still it does not recover.
   
6. So I am not able to sign-in to my laptop for last 3 days.
   

Not finding any Solution to this after searching a lot on internet.

Can you please help me getting access to my laptop as soon as possible?
