Windows 10: Locked out of Microsoft Account Trying to Fix Bitlocker

So I've dealt with Bitlocker in the past on my computer and I've managed to fix it. However after a repair, it came up again and I entered my details differently and tried to update my email instead of the prior method I use, since I no longer have the phone number. I'm also locked into waiting for the contact backup to change or using a phone number that no longer exists, I can't use any alternate ways to get codes. Is there any way I could contact microsoft or work around this, as I'd rather not wait 30 days, even if it would take a week to get it going, it's still better than having to wait

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.
