    Locked out of Microsoft account?


    Performed a Windows update and when it finished rebooting, a message showed stating that PIN security had been updated and to use the password that nobody remembers. Then tried the Send Me A Code but the email account never receives it, and here's the twist.The email address that Microsoft has is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that is being redirected to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - it's a Telus thing. This is for my mother who didn't initially setup the account and the individual who did has since passed.I keep running in circles with Microsoft's Automated Response Systems as the answers to the questions bei
