    Hello,This is the second post for this same issue as in the last the responder notified me due to my long-response time the thread will not be monitered and require me to start a new thread to solve the issue, so here we are, the text below is the same as before with the addition of what I attempted to do as asked by the responder to remedy and the results, the prior thread can be found here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/locked-out-of-most-services-requiring-desktop/e0c3079f-d08c-47c4-bdbb-c1d6f7a4df30 or simply searching the same issue without 'V2.0'The issue has

    Windows 10 endless loop reboot

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
