Locked out of my laptop dell I have bitlocker recovery key I.e 48 digits but still unable to use my laptop. Rebooted , auto repair has performed but still unable to use.

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

Windows 10 - E drive not accessible , asking 48 digit bit locker password

Hi,

I have had problem on my Dell laptop when I start my laptop, the Windows was crashed with no reason and it was requesting for the restore factory settings . As soon as the restore settings completed, I am unable to access my E drive, asking 48 digit bit
locker password. Also I am getting hell lot of slowness. Please note now I have all of the latest Windows update are available and also the Windows Defender is having up-to-date windows related patches. Please advise how to resolve the 48 digit bit locker
issues.

I have got my HP Spectre Laptop, system corrupted after a system update. The merchant is asking the Bit locker Recovery key for to reset the system. He said to sign in to Microsoft account and can get this 48 digits

Could anyone help me the guidance to get the same from my Microsoft account.

This laptop was purchased on March, 2020 and it is under warranty still.
