Windows 10: Locked out of my laptop/Microsoft glitch won't let me reset it?

I'm struggling a bit here and would really appreciate help. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 5i that I only bought last May. When I try to sign into my laptop it says my "credentials could not be verified". If I try to change my pin it says "something went wrong and your pin isn't available." If I try to reset my pin, the screen goes blank and a message pops up and says "The User Profile Service failed the sign in. User profile could not be loaded." I have no other way to sign in, so haven't been able to get into my laptop foe a while now. When I go into troubleshooting, it won't let me reset anything.

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
