Windows 10: locked out of my pc. account disabled

I was trying to reset out computer to remove our personal files. For some reason windows didn't load properly. My husband fiddled with it and now we're locked out and can't remember the password. now it says account has been disabled, see the system administrator. I made a recreation tool usb but can't get it to engage through F12. Most of the options are unreachable. When I restart the computer it's stuck in a loop. I reach the administrator welcome. from there a box pops up that says windows installation failed, reinstall. click ok and it restarts again. I can reach a blue screen with lock,

the page where is said account disabled , it also showed a link saying next step is to contact us,
i ran that link and reported the problem, still no reply

 

Ubuntu account lock timer

There any way to change the timer that locks the account after inactivity or disable it?

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
