Windows 10: Locked out of my pc because I lost my phone

So my pc is locked because I cannot access my microsoft account not because I don't know the password to it, I do, but it demands that I verify who I am with a code on my long lost phone number which I don't have access to anymore The thing is, my microsoft account is my @gmail.com , it's literally the same email I dont know why can't they send me a verification code to my original email.I am down to provide any information, I think my face is somewhere in the mail, I know the full number, I had a skype with that account, my facebook is still linked to it,. I don't even remember agreeing to th

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Typically, after following the dialog boxes on the page to lock your phone, you'll be asked to enter a password for your lock screen if you haven't set one up already. You can find the details on the process listed on our site here:

The security code to reset the password can only be sent to an additional email (#1 in screenshot) or phone (#2) listed in your dad's Microsoft account, given when Microsoft account was created (https://account.live.com > Security & privacy > More security settings > Security settings), or to any other additional email or phone number added later.

To add your email or phone number there (#3), to be able to receive the security code for your dad, you must first sign in, which requires you to either know the password or use his originally given phone number or email to get the security code to reset the password.
