    Locked out of PC Microsoft


    Hi,I have been using face recognition to open my Laptop after the install of my last password but have now received request on start up to enter pin and change password so at this point face rec not functioning.... However, because I have been using face rec to open lap top previously instead of the password I cant remember what it is...... HOW can I get into my laptop.... Running office 365.Or how do I talk with Microsoft support live in Australia to resolve? I am paying subscription for this
