Windows 10: Locked out of Windows 10

Hello everyone. I have PIN set for my pc and I got a message saying it's unavailable and that something happend. I tried logging in using password but it says it's incorrect even though it's not, I literally logged into this site using the same account and password. I tried going to advanced boot up by rebooting pc several times but when I got there it still asks for a password which says is incorrect. I literally don't know what to do, I am locked out! Also for some reason my lock screen is missing power options on the bottom right corner

No Lock screen in Windows 10.

• When you say that "rolling slideshow ", what exactly are you referring to?
• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?
• What are the troubleshooting steps which you have performed to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen pictures.

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.

4. Try to select the lock screen picture.
