Windows 10: Locked out of Windows 10

I just received a new laptop for a new hire I just made. I started setting up the laptop for him; I installed Microsoft Office, installed some of the software we use, and then I started to install MS Teams. During installation of MS Teams, the computer crashed, so I restarted the laptop. Now, for some reason, I am unable to login to the computer.1 I don't really understand as I never created a password for the local machine. I've tried logging in with no password, but zero luck. During the setup process, it asked me to set up two-step authentication ... however, I skipped this step as I

• When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?

1. Right click on Desktop screen.

2. Then click on Personalize.

3. Click on Lock Screen.
