    Locked out of windows for 2 hours.


    Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my windows PC this has never ever happened before, it says that I have been locked out of my PC because I entered the wrong password too many times and I have been locked out and I should try another sign in method or I should keep my PC powered on for 2 hours. To log back in. I have tried keeping it on for 2 hours but still it says the same thing even though I enter the correct password and everything. I have not setup any other sign in option. When I click on forgot PIN option a blue screen appears saying "Just a moment" and then it returns me back on t

    No Lock screen in Windows 10.

    Thank you for your response with the current update on the issue.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen option as Windows Spotlight and check if it helps.

    1. Right click on Desktop screen.

    2. Then click on Personalize.

    3. Click on Lock Screen.

    4. Try to select Windows Spotlight from the list.

    No Lock screen in Windows 10.

    This issue might occur if there is change in system settings.



    To assist you to better, please provided us the information below:

    • When you say that "rolling slideshow ", what exactly are you referring to?
    • When you say that "I can't activate it again.", are you referring that you are not able to Activate Windows 10?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps which you have performed to resolve the issue?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below to set the lock screen pictures.

    1. Right click on Desktop screen.

    2. Then click on Personalize.

    3. Click on Lock Screen.

    4. Try to select the lock screen picture.
