Windows 10: Locked out of windows laptop because of verification code issue

I"m trying to access my Windows laptop, but it asks for a verification code that's sent to my phone number. Unfortunately, my phone can't receive it. Changing the verification method takes 20 days, which is really frustrating. I'm locked out of my notebook now!

The verification code sent to my email is always wrong
