Windows 10: Locked Out; Pls Help..

Discus and support Locked Out; Pls Help.. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I finished with school and laptop was setup with school email; now can't login to laptop bc school got rid of email .... what are my options?     Locked Out; Pls Help..


    I finished with school and laptop was setup with school email; now can't login to laptop bc school got rid of email .... what are my options? I can't add alt/personal email. I've tried the safe mode; troubleshoot>advanced>cmd but the prompt box doesn't appear. Also says 'admin' must login but not admin though I was the admin. I've had laptop since 2021, finished school in 2023; haven't used laptop since late 2023.... PLEASE HELP... Thx and happy new year..xo

    @smoka Great you fixed it and would be interesting to know how you did it. Care to list the basic steps you took to do it so that it can help others stuck in the same situation?
