    Locked Surface Laptop left by Former Coworker


    Hello, I have tried many avenues to trouble shoot this problem. I work for a small Non-profit, a former coworker's work device was a Microsoft Surface. The coworker left and does not know the passcode, pin, or anything to assist us in resetting the surface. Currently the surface is logged into an administrative account in the former coworker's name and is locked via pin and face ID. The former coworker's organization email has been deleted. I cannot contact them nor can I reset the password or pursue any other simple solution.Please Help!
