Windows 10: locker.bat not opening

I created a locker.bat to hide some pictures in E drive..no I had to hide reinstall windows 10...now after reinstalling when ever I try to open it it gives an error saying"windows cannot acess the specified path or device. You may not have the appropriate permission to acess the file"
plis help..
tried allowing acess by proper ties of the folder in security tab...
tried getting owner ship by advanced security tak..
tred doing alternately by in hiding the folder but all the pictures now have a lock icon and cannot be viewd.....plis help me

Locker.bat not unlocking even though password is correct

So my problem goes like this. I had a folder, then I hid it using the locker.bat one may see in various sites when you search it on google. It worked perfectly fine, but I wasn't that contented so I tried hiding that same folder in another locker.bat.
So it was a locker.bat hidden in a locker.bat folder. My problem now is the sub-folder I hid with locker.bat inside a locker.bat protected folder. I can unlock the first folder I created with locker.bat, but the sub-folder locker.bat I created I can't open
even though I'm 100% sure the password I entered is correct. Someone please help me, I have very important files in that folder I have to use ASAP. Please someone help me with my problem. Thanks in advance.

I hidden my personal file with locker.bat file (See Below) . One day I click
D:/Propertise/Security/ and click on Authenticated User
and then edit this with Full control = Deny


. Now i change it
Full control = Allow

.

But I can't fined this folder.This folder name was Locker
Now I can create a folder with same name but when I open Locker.bat it's want password .It's
to be placed the
D: size also . Now how can fiend this folder please help me

I don't have a solution but you might Edit the .bat file [don't double-click it] and Copy the contents then post that information in a Quote here so it can be seen if there's a problem with the commands in it. And as always it's good to post the exact path to where the image files are located.

then all of a sudden a blank notepad occurs...I remember creating a .bat file with notepad....biggest mistake of my life..i am not a computer person...a medical student and very noob in co puter..sir plis help me...

 

It sounds, like it might have been encrypted. Run CMD as admin and copy/paste:

[/quote] sir I did what you said...everything decrypted except for the images...I even did a check on show hidden fodders..and a HLG folder appeared...I tried decrypting it with properties...all the three folders appeared but the the picture in those folders have a lock icon on them and cant be view...

 

I have just edited the previous post, try to reset permissions.

Just so you'll know, Notepad is the proper tool to use in creating .bat/Batch files as it has no hidden formatting of documents like a word processor program has.

Check for possibly corrupted file structure and perform a cleanup, just in case.
