Windows 10: Lockout out of PC

My PC has been crashing a lot lately, now im locked out of my PC.Basically upon entering my PIN i get the message: "Use another way to log in or leave your device on for 2 hours."BUT because it's crashes a lot, it just isn't possible to leave it on for 2 hours. I tried to reset the pin etc but i recently switched phone numbers and my old phone number is connected to the account so i can't finish the security question and after changing my phone number online it won't be added for 30 days. I can't reset to factory settings, can't wait 30 days because i work on my pc, nothing can be done and im

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

TPM 1.2 Lockout

I entered a bitlocker key incorrectly and was told that there were too many attempts. This was about 36 hours ago

I used the recovery key to get onto my laptop but every time I restarted my machine the same error came up.

I have now done the following about 24-hours ago:

• Disabled Bitlocker including decrypting the drive
• Disabled the TPM
• Re-enabled the TPM
• Cleared the TPM

When I try and enable bitlocker again I get the message "The TPM is defending against dictionary attacks and is in a time-out period"

Questions

1) How do I overcome this block?

2) How does the time-out period work - do you have to keep the computer turned on for the whole period for it to reset?

3) Does every time I try and re-enable bitlocker reset the lockout period timer?

It is a Dell laptop so I think the lockout period is 24-hours.

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
