Windows 10: Lockscreen and profile picture Issues

Been trying to change lockscreen background and profile picture for 2 days on Windows 11. Every time I try to change picture for both there is a loading symbol spinning and a minute later, I get an error message that reads [ cannot change picture try again later] no error code attached just a blue error box. Lockscreen has a default picture that came with windows 11 which it seems to be frozen on because trying to change it does nothing except give me that error. Same thing happens with Profile picture when trying to make changes. Windows wouldn't allow it to be changed. Wallpaper for desktop

Sorry for the delay in response.

• Check if this happens only when you select a particular lock screen picture?
• Have you set your Facebook photo or the profile picture on any other Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 computer?
• Does it happen only when you restart the computer?
• Do you use Windows 10 home or pro?

You may check the version by using these steps.

Type Winver in the search box and check.

Check the option that is selected in the lock screen as a Picture or slideshow in Windows 10 Pro.

• Right click on an empty space and select Personalize.
• Click Lock Screen and check if it is set to Picture or slideshow.

Lockscreen Picture Issue

Hi,

So I've been having issues with personalizing my lockscreen, it won't let me change the picture setting from Windows Spotlight. Along with it not letting me change the settings, when I finally get to the settings don't seem to get saved. I'll have set up
my lockscreen picture and my screensaver the night before and wake up to find they've been changed back to the default settings. I've tried restarting it, checking/updating the computer, looking through the forums, scan the internal workings of the system,
pretty much almost everything I can think of, yet nothing has worked. When I first got the computer I had no problems with changing the picture and having it stay that way. I'm really at a loss with what I could do to fix it and I'd really hate to have to
buy a brand new computer or something when I've only had the thing for less than a year. It's updated to Windows 10, so I'm not sure if it's a bug in the system or something wrong with the computer itself, but if anyone has any suggestions it would be very
much appreciated.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
