I understand you have PIN not available error in Windows 11. Here are all fixes to try until one works:

1) Wherever you sign into Windows a Sign In Options link should be nearby to choose the password or another method instead. If not then the account is likely corrupted. Check now to try to get into Windows to reset PIN by this method: https://pureinfotech.com/fix-unable-set-remove-...

The steps lead up to trying Safe Mode to do the fixes above, replace a corrupted account so you can keep your install, apps and files, do a Reset or the gold standard Clean Install.

i unable to log in to Microsoft OS. Am getting the message

Due to the authentication process was change from an email to phone number.
