    My laptop for the past 3 days has not been able to play any audio and the mic has stopped working too. Both features were unavailable even with connecting a headset with a mic. To try and fix this, I installed the optional updates Windows had suggested in my settings, thinking one might be a driver fix. It restarted my laptop and on the log-in screen, disabled my only way of logging in through a pin.I cannot remember the account password as I relied on the 4 digit pin, but for some reason, this way of log in is disabled and I am unable to access anything past the log in screen.I have hours of

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
