Windows 10: Log in Screen Issue

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this


So, I had opened my computer and it had an email address that I dont know of as the default email to access my computer. With that email in the way it doesnt allow me to sign on to the computer or access it.


From what I see, there are no options to sign in to another account. Only option I have is forgot password. Although, it isnt even my email address and I need to change it to access my computer please someone help me ASAP.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
