Windows 10: Log in screen keeps refreshing.

Hello, my computer keeps refreshing every 1 to 3 seconds on the startup screen, i have attempted to use system recovery as well as safe mode and startup troubleshooting and repair, all of which failed due to an "unspecified error" or safe mode not loading, my computer is a CyberpowerPC Wyvern Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Nvidia GTX 1660 6GB, 16GB RAM, 240GB SSD, 1TB HDD, 400W 80+ PSU, Wifi, Windows 10, MB520 and i have only had it for a just over a month and this only started happening this morning, any help would be appreciated.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
