Windows 10: Log in screen looping error

Hi team,I need help fixing a looping problem with my log in screen. The screen flicks intermittently between log in screen and user switch, without pressing any buttons. • Version 6.00PG

Graphics card:TechPowerUp

I am getting a blue screen saying (as far as i can remember)

Error loop: Your computer is running low on resources, so no new users can sign in...

How are we supposed to use the command prompt when we can't even log in? You can't do anything except type in your password and see the error message with the ok button that loops us back to the lock screen.

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
