Windows 10: Log-in Screen Shows Mysterious Language

Good day!Everything on my machine is set to English - US and I rarely use Bulgarian while typing. As can be seen below, my log-in screen, mysteriously displays messages in the Thai language. Up until today it displayed everything properly and in English. I have nothing to do with Thailand and my residence is in the European Union. As stated beforehand, the log-in screen used to display messages as are portrayed below in English. I have no idea why this change has occurred and would be glad for some help regarding the language. I want the language on the log-in screen to get back to English onc

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• Is there any language input shown in the bottom right corner in the login screen of your desktop?

If it is not shown then click on it and try to choose the language you want.

If it is not available then I suggest you to right click on Ease of access
on the log in screen and click on OSK(on screen Keyboard)and the try to enter your password and check.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Typing language problem

Why is Use language list only showing UK, and not US as another option in view of the steps I have taken to install it and put it at the top of my list? What is the' language bar', referred to? I don't think I have ever seen it, or am not recognising it if I had. And why is Keyboard shown as English UK when Settings is opened?
