Windows 10: Log-in window not opening anywhere, just quickly opens then closes the prompt to sign in

I tried to log into my microsoft account, but when i click the sign in button anywhere on this device it opens then automatically closes the page instantly. I know my login info but I cannot even access the log in window pls help.

command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

I am repairing a laptop for a friend and I need to access windows in safe mode and the owner has forgotten the password to the main user. I tried logging on with the administrator profile in safe mode but it is not showing up so I was going to use command prompt in safe mode with command prompt but command prompt will not open when I boot that option. Does anyone have any hints for me to figure this out?

 

Is it normal for windows to quickly open and close at startup on Windows 11

After logging on, during startup I normally see anywhere from 1 to 3 windows quickly open and then close on my desktop. They open and close too quickly to tell what they are. Is this normal during startup?

 

Prompt window opens and closes

I recently upgraded to Widows 10 and now what appears to be a command prompt window keeps opening and quickly closing every few minutes. My computer will not go into sleep mode or display the screen saver and I assume it is because of this window that keeps
opening and closing. I've verified that all my drivers are updated. I'm not sure what else I need to do to keep this from happening.
