Windows 10: Log on problem

I changed Windows 10 log on to use my Microsoft account. However, when I boot up, the log on screen displays two accounts with the same user name. The default account doesn't use the new password or pin. I have to switch to the second account name to log on*Mad. In account settings, I have set sign-in options to never. How can I delete one of the accounts (but not the one that uses my Microsoft account)?

E71 wifi log-on problem on certain wireless routers

I think I've noticed a pattern. At home, I can connect to either of my wifi networks. One uses WEP, and the other uses stronger encryption. When I go to a mall, hotel, or cafe with free unencrypted wifi, my E71 won't connect. I wonder if there's a setting
I can change someplace to fix that.

1. Does your router have an access list set up based on mac addresses? If yes, your phone needs to be added to it.

No MAC filter - all new devices (PCs/laptops) could be added easily so far.



2. Do you need to configure a proxy for internet access? If yes, you need to configure the phone appropriately.

I have never configures a proxy on any of teh laptops - is that strong enough indication ?



3. Is DHCP configured properly on the router? Is the phone configured to ask for an IP address?

The phone is set to automatic DHCP, DHCP works on other laptops. SHould I try to request a permanent one on the phoen ?

It sounds like you may have Windows set to still automatically sign in to the old account at startup.

If so you can either set up netplwiz again for this account instead, or check the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer box to turn it off.
