Windows 10: Log on screen problems Windows 11 Pro

Without warning, and simultaneously, log on screen problems developed on a Dell-XPS8960 desktop and an MSI GS76 laptop, both running on the same ethernet network. Both of them forced a PIN entry, because the Facial Recognition shut the camera off instantly and said it was not available, and the fingerprint reader stopped recognizing the finger. I fixed both of these, Facial Recognition by choosing the improve recognition wizard in settings and the fingerprint reader by adding a new finger. Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

 

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
