Windows 10: Logged into account, files and apps don't appear

I didn't switch of my computer last night and today I woke up and the desktop was totally different. All settings resett, no files in the folders, not all programs appearing, taskbar blank, can't access settings menu through hotkeys. I can open control panel through hotkeys and I can access files through opening onedrive on the hidden icons menu, but it takes forever. Tried restarting 4 times, did not change anything. I tried turning it off and on again, the taskbar reappeared, but still blank account. Restarted again and the task bar dissappeared. Logging into my account takes 10 min. It look

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
